Requirements
- Webserver with PHP >= 5
- MySQL-Database >= 4.1
Installation
- Unpack the archive and upload the files in any directory on your webserver.
- Open the file includes/config.inc.php in any editor like TextEdit (Mac) or Editor (Windows) and fill in the login data for the database server.
- Open the address http://path.to.your.installation/admin/setup/index.php in your web browser. Setup starts automatically.
Upgrade
All versions >= 1.3.1 are upgradeable.
If you should have changed templates or language files, backup them before upgrading. Check the new language files if there are new entries which are missing in your own modified one.
Install the new version as described above. If you choose the same database and the same table prefix, setup automatically recognizes the old version. After that you can import additional installations of GuestCal 1.3.1 at the page Import.
